Privacy Policy

Itinerantur (“we,” “us”) is a boutique travel agency for photography enthusiasts, operating at itinerantur.us. We collect as little as we can, use it only to plan great trips, and never sell it. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you send an inquiry through our contact form, call, or email us, we receive what you choose to share — typically your name, email address, phone number, and trip details such as destination ideas, timeframe, group size, budget range, and photographic interests.
We use this information solely to respond to you and design your journey. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a newsletter list. Form submissions are processed and stored by Formspree (their privacy policy), which delivers them to our inbox.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we gather some technical data as you browse:
- Google Analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate region, device type, how you found us). It uses cookies and similar identifiers; Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. See Google’s privacy policy.
- Server logs — our hosting provider (GoDaddy) keeps standard web-server logs, which may include IP addresses and requested pages, for security and reliability.
- Fonts — the site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your browser’s request (including IP address) to serve the font files.
Cookies and your choices
The only cookies we set come from Google Analytics, used for aggregate traffic measurement — nothing here identifies you by name. You can:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the site works fine without them;
- Install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on;
- Browse in private/incognito mode, which discards cookies when you close the window.
How long we keep things
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as we’re working together or reasonably expect to, and analytics data per Google Analytics’ standard retention period. If you’d like your inquiry deleted sooner, just ask.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email greatpics@itinerantur.us or call +1 (425) 592-0049 and we’ll take care of it promptly.
Children
Our site and services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we’ll update this page and revise the effective date above. Meaningful changes will be noted plainly — no silent rewrites.
